Who can become a member?
Atlanta Junior Golf membership is open to juniors
of all skill levels between 7 and 18 years of age who have not yet turned 19
and have not yet started college. A
junior golfer's age as of June 1 during the current year
determines the age for the entire calendar year. The non-refundable, yearly
membership fee is $95 and is due at the time of joining.
Membership is valid from the date of joining until December 31
of the current year.

Atlanta Junior Golf membership entitles
you to a membership benefits packet, which includes one gift
item (hat, shirt, or other similar gift), member bag tag,
ball-marker, divot repair tool, United States Golf
Association junior membership and Rules of Golf book, etc.

events, including the Georgia Cup, the Atlanta–Kauai Team

Rules Seminar and Orientation
First year members MUST attend an
orientation session. This meeting will serve as an
introduction to Atlanta Junior Golf policies and procedures
and will also cover some Rules of Golf and Etiquette
information. Second year members MUST attend a Rules Seminar
which will provide more in-depth coverage of the Rules of
Golf. This requirement must be completed before
participating in any Summer Series tournaments.
All Atlanta Junior Golf members are required to complete and
pass an online Rules Quiz before selecting any
tournaments. Online resources are provided to help
guide juniors through the quiz. This test is
designed to establish introductory knowledge of the Rules
and basics of etiquette for juniors and can be completed
before or after attending the Orientation or Rules Seminar. Please see the
Rules Education Policy for more information. A junior golfer who fails to attend a
mandatory Orientation Session or Rules Seminar will be
prohibited from participating in Summer Series events, without
refund of his/her membership fee.
