Events are filled on a first-come, first-served basis. We
suggest you pick the days you are available to play rather than
the courses you want to play. It will sometimes be necessary to
drive some distance to get to a golf course. From the center of
downtown, some events require up to two hours of driving time in
one direction.
You may change your schedule by canceling out of the event you wish to
withdraw from and registering for another event. There is a $10
cancellation fee (or more for some special events) for each event you cancel.
Tee times are available online by logging into your Player's
Club account and viewing the tournaments you are scheduled to
play. Tee times are typically available ten days before your
event. You will receive an email from our office detailing your
tee time as soon as it is available.
No. Players must play at the time that is laid
down by the committee. Certain unusual circumstances (e.g., weather delays, a
large number of player no-shows, etc.) may require you to begin your round at a
slightly different time than first published. We will inform you of any changes
to your tee time when you arrive to check-in at the registration table. Every
effort is made to have you start your round at the time originally assigned.
