Take a moment to look over these helpful hints as you plan your tournament schedule.

The final 2012 Tournament Schedule will be available March 1, 2012. You can view the complete list of tournaments that are available only to your division by using the “SEARCH for tournaments” function found at the top right of the schedule.

Simply choose your division from the drop down menu and select “Submit.” The system will then return those events that are open to the division you selected. Details for each event, including driving directions, entry fees, and divisions, can be found by clicking “Info” to the right of the course name.

Summer Series tournament selection opens for some returning members on Wednesday, March 21. All new members will begin selecting tournaments on Wednesday, March 28. Juniors are notified via email when cleared to register for events. Those players with the most seniority (determined by the year the junior first joined) will have the opportunity to select courses first. The 2012 tournament selection schedule is as follows: 

Siblings may register for tournaments on the same date. Once any sibling (typically the most senior) has been cleared to select events, all remaining siblings may add tournaments to their schedules.

In order to be eligible to qualify for a season ending-championship (Club Championship, 9-Hole Classic or Grand Championship) juniors in all age divisions must participate in at least five (5) events within their age group.

For the initial registration period (Wednesday, March 21 through Wednesday, May 16), juniors in all divisions are limited to selecting a maximum of six (6) tournaments. At 9:00 am on Wednesday, May 16, all remaining tee times in events will be available for players on a first-come, first-served basis. After this date there is no maximum number of events in which a player may participate, provided there is space remaining in tournaments within their division.

It is possible to change your schedule at a later date, but please choose your events carefully during the initial tournament selection process. A $10 cancellation fee applies to all single-day Summer Series events that must be canceled or rescheduled, regardless of the circumstances which require an event to be rescheduled (view complete schedule change policy).

Tee times are available online by logging into your Players Club Account and viewing the tournaments you are scheduled to play. Tee times are typically available ten days before your event. You will receive an email from our office detailing your tee time for each event as soon as it is available.

A range of tee times is available in the "Schedule of Events" section for each tournament. This range only indicated the anticipated first and last tee times for the tournament. Tee times for all divisions playing in this event fall between these times. This approximate range of tee times should be used only for general planning purposes. Please refer to your official starting time published before the event to determine your actual tee time.
