Terms and Conditions

Membership + Tournament Packages includes full membership privileges within your division in addition to the corresponding value of the tournament package purchased, deposited into the player’s online account in the form of credit. Package also includes one free Summer Series event entry fee (value dependent upon division registered and fee paid), in the form of credit, also deposited into the player’s online account at time of membership approval.

Credits may be used when registering for Summer Series events between the time tournament registration opens (dependent on membership year) and conclusion of the Summer Series the last week of July. No credits may be used for any registration other than Summer Series tournaments. Those tournaments not eligible include but are not limited to Special Events, Season-Ending Championships or Fall Series events. Maximum value of free Summer Series credit is $15 for Beginner Division participants, $25 for 9-Hole Division participants, and $35 for 18-Hole Division participants. Once event has been scheduled, normal cancellation and schedule change fees apply.

Purchasing a Membership + Tournament Package does not entitle members to guaranteed tournament entries on specific dates, locations and/or tournament sites. Each member bears the responsibility of registering for Summer Series events during the tournament registration period and acknowledges that tournament availability is limited by date, location and tournament site.

All tournament credit, whether purchased or included as a registration incentive, is nonrefundable and cannot be redeemed for cash or refund at any time.
